I've got an assortment of news briefs for these two days- sl let us begin:
Pakistan: Pregnant Christian mother of four and her husband, accused of burning pages of the Koran, were beaten by Muslim mob, dragged to a brick factory and thrown alive into fiery brick kilns and roasted to death. ( This was also the execution method used by the Nazis to wipe out Jews in the so-called "Final Solution" Plan. The Nazis seized the Jews property; homes and vehicles, plus bank accounts and all gold, silver and jewlery. This was part of Operation Phoenix, identified in literture as funds being set aside and sent by ships and submarines to Argentina to set up German officer survivors. The knew in 1943 that Germany was going to lose the war. But the Nazi Party was not able to kill off all the Jewish people and the Muslim Jihadists will not be able to destroy all the Christians, either. Only by the Acts of God will the Jewish and the Christians be totally removed from this earth. It is also unknown if private parties, terrorist groups responsible for the murders or the Government of Pakistan, is seizing the property and funds of the Christians killed off.)
Ukraine: Capital City of Kiev has accused Russia of sending dozens of tanks and other heavy weapon systems into rebel-held eastern-most regions of Ukraine. News reports identified (32) tanks, (16) mobile artillery systems, (30) trucks loaded down with fighters and ammo that crossed into Ukraine from Russia, plus (3) mobile radar units mounted on trucks crossed into rebel-held Ukraine shortly afterward. Within hours, Russia additionally moved mobile short-range ballistic missile units to the Rebel-held Ukraine. These are reported to be conventionally armed-multiple launch rocket systems, and BM-21 GRAD Multiple Rocket Launchers. Intelligence sources also said there are (300) Russian "Spetsnaz" Teams, similar to US Green Beret or Seals, in Ukraine. But "ground forces" appear to be staging on the Russian side of the border. NATO preparing to bring in additional troops, aircraft and military weaponry as needed, but NATO hopes Putin will back-off.
Mexico: High speed-train deal between Mexico and China revoked because of public concern in Mexico of bidding process. New auction to be held for multi-billion dollar project linking high speed train between Mexico City and Industrial Hub of QuereTaro.
China: Chinese Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings reportedly signed $10.2 Billion Dollar deal with France's Air Bus for purchase of 100 aircraft. (74) of the aircraft to be Air Bus A320 Neo Planes. Stock exchange was filed to confirm the deal occurred.
China: Air China will be flying Boeing 747-8, the world's longest aircraft on Beijing's to New York route and Beijing to San Francisco route. ( Have you ever wondered how many nuclear suitcase devices a terrorist could carry across and then leave it behind. There is an old story in the Intelligence World how the Soviet Union buried 7 nuclear devices in the United States in the mid to late 1960s. But these were larger devices. Makes one wonder how many we might have buried in Moscow. But for North Korea, Pakistan and China, even Iran, this is a whole new show and nuclear devices can fit into a briefcase. Now how exciting is that?)
Russia" President Putin offers Afghanistan support once coalition departs, "Can count on Moscow's support if the situation", in their country, "...gets complicated." ( Afghanistan was Russia's Vietnam, a sad reminder of a lost war. If Putin went back, he would fight that war in a whole different way, much like Dictator Stalin fought against Poland and others in World War II- Total War and no favors given. The country there is still filled with Russian mass graves and destroyed equipment. Much as we left -military in 1973 and civilian and military in Saigon in 1975- with our tails dragging between our back legs, Russia drove across that last bridge in a hurried fashion in hopes they might survive the withdrawal.)
US: With President Obama authorizing an additional 1,500 advisers to deploy to help train and advise Iraqi and Kurish troops against Islamic State terrorists, our Boots on the Ground of nearly two regiment size of Americans, will soon see casualties. As in past wars, Korea and Vietnam, our advisers escorted the military units out into the field. This was the only way to see how the troops behaved under fire and how well the officers responded under fire. Plus, as in past wars and the current ones, the advisers may not know the soldier or two behind him is a Jihaddist. We've lost far too many troops in Iraq and Afghanistan to troops shooting our people in the backs. These were our first casualties in 1963 Vietnam.
U.S.: More than 600 US Service members told their military medical staff they believe they were exposed to chemical warfare agents in 2003, while in Iraq. But they were told back then that was not so, yet their medical records were flagged and monitored. Secrecy was keyand shown to be more important than the lives to over 600 soldiers. "There was no weapons of mass destruction!" But they lied and President Bush took a major hit to maintain the secrecy over what was found. But for over 10 years we had those chemical weapons under security, the original lab and storage bunkers Saddam Hussein had used. We left them in place for some strange reason, until it was too late and now the enemy, Islamic State terrorists, have secured it all. From their original finding in 2003, to special security from 2007 to 2013, our troops were exposed to degraded chemical weapons from the 1980s. But some of those weapons were shown on captured films to be tested on prisoners and animals in 1990s, whiich again show the US has a hard tome with the truth. A few of the Mustard Gas artilley 105 shells have been used on the Kurdish military. Syrian troops were accused of using Sarrin gas and Mustard gas on Syrian rebels early this year, killing dozens. The US has still withheld information about what the two top secret bunker actually held, but it was learned one of the bunkers was under tighter security than the other and even security troops were under orders to avoid it. Marines in 2013 located live bombs and small artillery shells filled with a liquid substance outside on of the two bunkers on the classified base. Now the men complain of various illnesses. Had the weapons been removed and destroyed, the enemy would not have them. This turned into a case where the secrecy issue ended up biting us in the butt like a 30 lb rattler. A lot of service members are ill and how many of these Americans have died from this exposure. Now does this sound like Agent Orange of Vietnam...Yup!
Israel: Jerusalem- 1,300 Israeli Riot Police deployed to Temple on the Mount for possible violence as Muslim worshippers flock there for weekly prayers. But Israel Police limiting attendance to women and men over 35 years of age.
US: California plans to issue 1.4 driver's licenses to undocumented drivers. ( This is really going to upset the apple cart and possibly create problems in other states. But President Obama is expected to hand out millions of "come to America" free resident cards next week by by-passing congress with Executive Order.)
Australia: New $860 million dollar deal with China. Australia set to sign deal to import one million live head of cattle each year. ( That is a lot of boats taking seasick steers to China. But you know how I feel, an army on the road needs to be fed. China's army much to large to forage across the land- especially Alaska and Canada. In my book, the Chinese army is forced to carry out large scale acts of cannibalism of prisoners. This also occurred in the Bible, when a city was being starved.)
Germany: Hanover Police say they will ban a planned demonstration by the "Hooligans" political party, which was planning a large scale demonstration against "fundamental Islam", for fear of violence. Other cities were also named for the November 15th protest, including Berlin.
Britain: England's Prime Minister David Cameron, has been accused of "signing a deal with the devil", when he signed memorandum with the Country of Qatar. Cameron committed England to sharing its classified intelligence and expertise, and agreeing to work closely with Qatar Security Forces. Qater richly supports aL-Quada (spelled several different ways) , its
Islamist Militias that brought Libya to a state of anarchy and is partly led by the Muslim Brotherhood. The Qatar government does not recognize the Hamas as a terrorist group. England does hope Qatar will purchase England's weaponry. This last March, Saudi Arbia, The Emirates and Bahrain ( all Muslim countries) withdrew their ambassadors from Qatar. Qatar had made promises when nearly ten Islam oil countries of that area joined together, but Qatar failed to keep the promises and the group began to fall apart. Now, the US is also making a deal with Qatar for the use of land for airbases, but that taxpayer money is being used to sponsor terrorism.
India: Intelligence Report advises Al-Qaeda ( another spelling) preparing for a major attack in India, but target unknown. Of late, Terrorists have been entering India from Pakistan, which India is still exchanging border fire with.
Turkey: Jihadist known to be getting around flight crackdown by booking tickets on cruise lines for trip to Turkey. There they can vanish into the crowds and then easily slip across Turkey/Syria Border to join IS Forces or other terrorist groups.
Israel: Palestinian turns himself into police after running over 3 Israeli soldiers.
WHO: Ebola report shows 13,268 cases and 4,960 deaths. All 8 countries reporting. Case numbers registered as going down with cures, and now I understand how that works, but its the number of deaths that still confuse me. They been registered as less and less, and this is impossible. Maybe some groups do not count them once they are in the grave and take them off the total count for their country, but with past numbers and new hot spots, death count should be well over 10,000 and closer to 10,500 and its not. I can accept the counting for case numbers, but death count is a reality of just how many people have died since this began. For some reason they're hiding that number and that could cause problems later. Trust in those countries is valuable. Once betrayed, you'd better just leave.
US: JP Morgan announced plans to cut 3,000 more jobs in its card and mortgage business units by end of 2014.
US: Experts confirm voting machines in Cook County, Illinois and in Maryland were rigged for democrats. Votes cast for Republicans in Cook County, known for its past acts of corruption, switched over to the democrat runner. Similar electronic Fraud was found in the State of Maryland, where Republicans votes also switched over to democrat votes. Unknown at this time how many votes were effected or if other states were involved. Investigation ongoing.
Israel: Thousands of Muslim rioters in Israel, in the town of Kafr Kana, declared a general strike and clashed with Israeli Security Forces. Hours before the violent protest began, 22-year old Kheir a-Din Hamden, who was wielding a knife, was shot down by a Israel Police Officer and he died of his wounds. A video surfaced and then several others that show the youth banging on the police vehicle with the hand holding the knife and then walking away. A police officer allegedly dismounted the vehicle and shot the young man without challenge or warning. This is what has caused the growing protest. Police Chief has ordered an immediate investigation of the event, along with Israeli State Justice Department. No statement was to be made until the investigation was completed. Rioters condemn police for "cold blooded" shooting and called for arrest and trial of the officer who did the shooting. ( This is very similar to what has happened in Ferguson, MO. As people wait to see if Grand Jury will call for trial. If not, houses and businesses are going to burn and a lot of people are going to be hurt on both sides because of hate and anger.)
EU: Additional European Union countries have reportedly threatened to follow suit of Sweden and unilaterally recognize Palestinian Statehood if peace talks between Israel and Palestinian Authority are not relaunched. In October, British Parliament held symbolic vote that recognized a Palestinian State. The Irish Parliament also made a similar move with its Upper House passing a low-profile, non-binding resolution calling for the Government to recognize Palestine.
Jordan: Thousands of Jordanians took to their streets and protested against peace with Israel, following escalating violence at the "Temple Mount" Mosque in Jerusalem. "Death to Israel" was chanted by the crowds in several Jordan cities, with activists calling for the closure of the Israel Embassey in Jordan. Jordan had recalled its ambassador last Wednesday, for the first time since 1994, when the relationship between the two countries began.
US: Earthquakes for the last 48 hours- (25) of 4.0 or higher. (45) quakes in Lake view, Oregon of 2.5 -3.3., (12) in Oklahoma of 2.5-3.5, (9) in Alaska of 2.5- 3.9, (1) in Fiji 4.9
(3) in Greece a 4.9, (2) in New Guinea- 5.2 and 6.6, (4) in Indonesia- 4.5/4.5/4.6 and 5.4,
Reports of Nevada being hit with swarms of of small quakes, which was first recorded in July. In recent days they have built up to (3) in the 4.0. This last Tuesday saw 4.6. Swarm here has recorded 560 quakes of 2. or higher and 42 quakes with intensities above 3.0. This location is a rural area with two small towns.
China: Working ever closer with economic and security ties with Burma, Tajikistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Pakistan, Leos and Australia, plus Cambodia.
China: Government rolls out measures to lift sagging coal industry, while US oil and gas companies are eager to expand into the fast-growing Chinese oil industry. China exports rose 11.6% in October- equaling total for the year at $206.87 Billion US Dollars. According to Chinese Customs data.
EU: Eurozone Finance Ministers approve 350 million-euros bailout ( or US $433 Million Dollars) for Cyprus.
China: Using their new Medium-term Lending Facility, the Peoples Bank of China, their Central Bank, has funneled a total of 769,5 Billion yuan, ($125.86 Billion US Dollars) into the country's financial system.
Sudan: United Nations Official urged the Sudanese Government to grant "immediate and unhindered" access of the African Union- a UN Mission to investigate alleged mass rape in the town of Tabit, North Darfur.
Jordan: Jordan's Senate President Rawaboeh announced that China has a right to play a special role in the Middle East, especially on the Palestinian issue and Syrian Crisis. He added that Jordan-China relations are historic and at their best at present. ( I'll have to look deeper into this historic statement, to find some evidence beyond "gold old boy network".)
Israel: On Wednesday, Jerusalem's Municipal Planning and Construction Committee authorized the building of 278 houses in East Jerusalem. ( Now this will stir up a pot of steaming apples).
Brussels: Mayor claims 100 police officers injured during violent clashes with strikers during demonstration in Belgian Capitol City. 11 vehicles were burned and 62 others damaged. Strike was reported to be over new economic policies of the newly elected government. 13 arrests were made. Protests also occurred in City of Antwerp. One of the new policies was forced raising of the countries retirement age.
Russia: Ruble took a nose dive, down another 3.8 % to a historic low of 48.64 rubles to the American Dollar. Also, Ruble shot past 60 rubles against Euro for the first time. Ruble did climb back up to 47 against the US Dollar, but exchange houses and banks reporting the are low or out of foreign exchange money for customers wanting to exchange their rubles now in the event they continual to grow worse. Euros also becoming unavailable. But Central Bank of Russia announced it had sold only $70 Billion in foreign currency and still has another $420 million in foreign currency still available. THis report has left a lot of Russian wondering what the authorities are doing, while Russians are going broke with the Ruble near 50 to the US Dollar. Does Putin want an economic disaster that he can then ride in upon a white charger to save the day with billions in yuan? Puyin is no idiot, but he is nefarious.
US: Former and current fighter pilots of USAF, Marines and Navy, warn that China's new Shenyang J-31 Stealth Fighter, may eventually be able to match the capabilities of the F-22 and F-35.
US: Secretary of State John Kerry said to reporters at the APEC gathering in Beijing, US and Russia have agreed to exchange information about developments in the Ukraine. ( Kerry fails to listen to his Intelligence officers, much as he did in the military, while serving in Vietnam. Russia is arming the enemy of NATO, who we are a part of. What does that say?)
Burma: Yangon- Burmese Government- also known as Myanmar, has given a reserved reaction to the leak of a ASEAN document that notes progress on a Code of Conduct for the South China Sea. Draft of the document was to be kept confidential by the member governments. The draft says the government members are urged to peacefully resolve their maritime disputes with China. But the leaked document was written in past tense. "We affirmed the collective commitments of ASEAN members states and China to peace, stability, and maritime security and for the full and effective implementation of the Declaration of Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea (DOC) in its entirety...." China and ASEAN have been working on this binding Code of Conduct for more than a decade, but with little progress so far.
Canada: Air Canada qand Air China to form comprehensive strategic alliance, strengthening Canada-China network. Air Canada operates 28 flights a week between Canada and China, while Air China has 11 flights per week between Beijing and Vancouver.
Russia: "President Putin says there was nothing wrong with Soviet Unions Pact with Adolf Hitler's Nazi Germany that led to the carving up of Poland. . Putin blames Britain and France for destroying any chances of an anti-fascist front" Telegraph News. Nazi's murdered 3-million Polish Jews, plus a valiant army unready to fight against overwhelming numbers and superior weaponry. Yet from the basements of Warsaw, the Polish Jews numbering about 2,000 held off first a Nazi regiment, and a second regiment, with Molotov cocktails, a couple hundred captured rifles and plain courage. Finally a Nazi Division was called off the line to pull the Jews out of their rat holes and eventually they did. Hitler's troops also murdered over 20,000 members of the Polish Officer corps and young cadets. They were ordered to dig their own graves and received a single bullet behind their head. Now there was some controversy of this execution, in that a Dozen high ranking German officers, non-supporters of Hitler's destruction of Germany, who said the Katyn Massacre of the 20,000 was in fact carried out by Russian troops. But little or nothing was done about it because they were our allies. Oddly enough, in 2009, President Putin condemned the Nazi-Soviet Pact as "Immoral". Critics say his administration are increasingly mobilizing historical events as a means of bolstering his authoritarian rule. Maybe they could have a photo shoot of him pulling a sword out of a massive boulder, or a phantom Lady of the Lake presenting with the Sword of Kings.
Note: In regards to Secretary of State John Kerry, he should be recalled and replaced. he is no longer respected in the middle east or Europe. After this exchange in China, only Obama will still appreciate him. He'd make a great flunky for Putin, but he'd never want him. He knows the saying of once a CIA stooge-always a CIA stooge. I found it odd how there we dozens of men ready to come forward to testify about Kerry's participation in CIA's operation of Project Phoenix, or Operation Phoenix, when Lt.Kerry, working with CIA, ordered the killing of 150 women and children. But when he didn't make it into the finals all those men disappeared. But I found old reports from back then with Kerry in them and about that massacre to teach the Viet Cong a lesson. Yet, when he ran for Secretary of State, to get Senate approval, none of those men who were with him returned. Were they threatened or paid off?
Time to go, my bed is sending out signals. A bit sorry for the long read, but I hope you find it interesting. God Bless, BILL
