Once daylight appeared, I've been able to welcome a foggy morning. Fog comes up from the lake and can be very thick at times and fill the entire valley. By noon or 2 p.m. the fog has burned off and a fantastic day awaits us. The new growth of "pussy willows" have appeared and we have several willow trees in the yard. Mona and I have planted various baby fruit trees and some of them are actually growing. We lost the yards large cherry tree to a big wind storm, sure was a mighty pretty tree.
