I know it's a few days early, but Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Moose Pass has been having some interesting weather, going between light snow, torrential rains, almost hurricane like winds and the temperature has been down to 18 degrees. Clear and cold this morning with just a fine layer of ice and snow on the ground, enough to just make it slippery. Expecting snow for Thanksgiving, but we will see. Being in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains you just never know what to expect.

Good Morning to all. Heavy fog for us here in Moose Pass, snow still avoiding us but giving the guys more time to get things done. Went into Seward yesterday and Chris bought a new chainsaw for the house. A Stihl, which we all have wanted for some time. They last longer than most.
I don't know if you noticed from your location but in major parts of Alaska we seemed to had lost the use of our Yahoo site. I was told a massive hacking had occurred. So, I was unable to make contact with anyone, now don't you feel lucky. We are back on now, so apparently they fixed it. There are time I think hackers should be taken out into the ocean and tied off to tide stakes, but then release them as their noses begin to bubble.
