I finished the 13th book in the "Fire & Ice", which is the end of the series. If the books sell, I have the sequel all ready in one book, which I believe is of course a pretty neat story. "Neat" and "Cool" came from the 60's and I still use them. But, our teachers did not like the use of such words. There was also "Groovy" , "That's a blast", and some references to the opposite sex that I now refrain from using. Mona smacked me when I used to use them, even in jest. She has this friendly knuckle jab to the middle of my upper chest. Well, it helped me get the message- right? Oh, I'm now editing- my editing, of the "Arizona Rangers- The Indian Wars", # 2 in the series. I enjoy writing westerns, which is a new thing. Book 3 and 4 have been roughed out and I have my notes all down for Book 5. Not sure how far I will go in this series.
The cover for "Legend of Silene" is still being worked. Things slowed down at my publisher due to a fire, but he says my work was protected. But I have copies back here. Sue is editing a couple books and I've found her to be a pretty good editor. But I love spellcheck!!!
Here's some reported facts from Uncle John's Bathroom Reader- TV thingies.
TV satellites orbit the earth at 22,300 miles above the Equator. (I may have used this before, if I did I am sorry. I do recommend you get your hands on an Uncle John's Bathroom Reader- they have so many topics. I own several of them. Fantastic information and they can back up their facts.)
The only actors to win an Emmy and an Oscar in the same year, are Helen Hunt in 1998 and George C Scott in 1971.
First cartoon to win an Emmy was "Huckleberry Hound" in 1960. (one of my favorites, I was 7 yrs old).
The glass front of a standard TV is actually leaded-crystal, containing 2% lead. (No wonder we all went a bit crazy in the 60's and 70's.)
At the times of this book's printing ( sorry, the book doesn't show the date) but anyway, Norway had banned political campaign adds from TV. (Works for me.)
First TV Show released on DVD..."The X-Files".
"A truly wise man will never play leapfrog with a unicorn" from the old Banacek show, a line for George Pepard.
More to follow later.

I believe this number to be propaganda. How do you feed and provide fresh water, plus bathroom facilities for that number of people. This is quite a bit more than the people who journey to Mecca.Compare it to the number of citizens in Los Angeles County. But I provided it as an example of what propaganda and fake news can do for some terrorists if they can envision that number of people behind them, well, they could just do about anything with that kind of support.)
