I'm sure you agree with me in that the days and weeks seem to be just racing by. its already the middle of January, and a bit strange month its ended up being weather wise. I keep praying for deep snow, so our water line from the well could be covered well enough to keep the line from freezing. Believe, when it freezes up it is a real hassle for us to unfreeze it. We're out of good firewood and the slab wood is soaked, so please pray with us that this is remedied before the temperature drop into the cellar. February is often our coldest month. Oh, we're not freezing but the electric company really loves us now.
The new kids from the north haven't arrived yet. Seems, someone reported my household as not being suitable for little ones. So the people that investigate such things showed up to do their job. I used to work with such people and usually I found them to be decent hard working citizens and the one we caught matched right up with that scenario. Asked a bunch of questions, I showed them where we buried the bodies of other nosy investigators and carried my shotgun around, loaded of course in the event she asked. Nice lady, I wouldn't need the shovel this time. We suspect the person who reported us, whom we're pretty sure we nailed down, reported us out of bitterness from a old situation. Whatever, God rains and it teaching a lot of people about faith.
Now I'm going to hit the news stories because I have numerous ones. Seems its been a busy week in the news world. Disclaimer: Look for propaganda from my news-sights who come from outside the USA...Well, the Washington Post has its own propaganda program. I look for stories that NORMALLY never find light in the big Americans newspapers, or they find it after a few-days .have passed. But, never take any news story as fact with researching it yourself. I only provide at most a brief synopsis of the event and maybe only a heading. This news is for Jan 10-15th, 2018.
AMERICAN CONSEQUENCES: "Something is wrong in America", Crime is at record highs in places like Baltimore and Chicago, and more adults are living in the streets, under bridges or abandoned buildings. "For instance, our food and gas bill continue to go up, the the Federal Reserve continues to tells us inflation is under 2% ." More money is printed and the value of the dollar shrinks. "The dollar has lost 96% of its value from 1913, when the Federal Reserve came into existence. "A dollar from 1913 is worth $25.17 in today's dollars." Now inflation is expected to end 2018 at 1.7% according to the Fed's data. Feds base this on Personal Consumption Price Index, issued by the Bureau of Economic Analysis, and Consumer Price Index, and released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. "But, these two differ." These numbers do not include food and energy prices. Research has shown the Government has an "incentive" in keeping inflation numbers muted in last 30-years. "The Government has changed the way it calculates inflation more than 20-times." Given the lack of transparency, by the Government it is hard to know what is truly happening, meaning Government Statistics should be taken "with a grain of salt. " . The Feds has printed a lot of money since 2008 and its only a matter of time before this massive inflation in the money supply trickles- or begins to pour-down from over inflated stocks and bonds...and its commodities and consumer prices, "Bond King, Jeff Gundlach, a billionaire and bond manager says the S&P Index will end the 2018 year with a negative return and is dubious of the long term value of bitcoins.

GATESTONE INSTITUTE NEWS: "ISIS sets its sights on Gaza" "ISIS is making it clear that it now has its eyes set on the Gaza Strip," "By By calling on Palestinians to rebel against the Hamas terrorist organization, ISIS is hoping to facilitate its mission of infiltrating the Gaza Strip." This should worry both Israel and Egypt. ISIS would be that much closer to Israel's door step. But for the Egyptians it means that one day they will have to fight ISIS, as they did the Muslim Brotherhood. But, the biggest losers will be the Palestinians, ISIS and Hamas had once worked together, but it now seems that "honeymoon is over". ISIS recently published a video of them executing one of their own men for smuggling weapons to the Hamas. He had been a former Hamas member, who fled the Gaza to join ISIS. (He was apparently the smartest of terrorists, knowing how ISIS operated and what he could expect if caught.)
THE DAILY SIGNAL MORNING BELL: "The Wall Street is not enough!" Law makers should expand the number of ICE officers, push back against these Sanctuary Cities ( I thought they should tell the cities no more federal grants for city projects). Expedite deportations, and increase efficiency and number of immigration courts". (May be the Wall wouldn't be needed if they used the Wall's cost to accomplish this. Or is Pres. Trump using this as a project to employ thousands of people for construction and related costs. President Roosevelt to the same thing in the 1930 to help end the Great Depression. They built highways, dams and buildings across the US. I'm not old enough to remember the Depression, but I've read about it and my mom told me of the tough times back then.)

So, that is the news I have for you. Yes, Hawaii did get hit with that false alarm, but at least they know now all the mistakes they made and can correct them. Of course the tourists have an experience they will truly never forget. I wonder how Anchorage or Fairbanks would handle it? Can you make those kind of decisions yourself, on what to do when the missiles fly and bombs are dropped. Do I have enough food supplies, any firearms and will you share what you have with a neighbor, a family friend or someone from your church. Does your church have a master plan? These things need to be handled. Not out of fear, no, as I've learned fear belongs to the enemy, but out of being prepared. I thought we were at least somewhat prepared, but I went down into are large pantry and was shocked to see it was almost entry. We had been feeding a lot of people, but I had no idea we'd gone through so much. So, this needs to be refilled. Not so much for a possible enemy attack, but to feed the people the Lord has us helping.
I do hope your next few days are good ones, that our Lord blesses your steps or even those wheels you push around on. Never give up, but give all thanks to the Lord and bless others with your prayers. Love to all. BILL
